  Box33 is a space where you can discover what you are truly capable of, It has shown me new levels of strength and love of training I could never imagine. The trainers are in a league of their own with proven knowledge and their constant support. I have never been to a studio where the sense of community has felt so strong and I am always being challenged. I truly believe that box33 is one of the most innovative spaces around and I am proud to be part of it.

  As soon as you join Box 33 you realise it's like no other gym you have been to. The whole training philosophy centres around strength and mobility, whilst the team also includes a very holistic view on health and well being. The training is addictive, challenging, accountable, and always evolving. Programs are detailed to exceed your own goals. Box 33 has created a great training community, a great find!
