  To be honest, I was tired of poring my time, heart & soul in to my work life only to be used, over worked and often made to feel I was replaceable. Years of this hurt and frustration really started to impact my confidence and drive for the 9 to 5 job. Thus finally arriving to a point where I know things could be so much better! Now days I happily poor 110% into my job/role, to see the joy in our clients eyes, hearing the fun stories an embracing the joy and change we have brought to so many lives! I am happy to say, my team and I are loving our new found work/life balance and love that we have met some pretty wonderful people and their fur babies along the way.
