Our favourite customer story so far was of a uni student who woke up one night to an infestation of cockroaches. He called us the next morning! We arrived and it was apparent that his kitchen and cupboards were full of german cockroaches (grotesque). Within 45 min we had eliminate every last one!

What chemicals do you use?  When does the chemical break down?  Are the chemicals repellants or non-repellants?  How will this treatment work?  How long until I should start seeing results?

Is the service pet friendly? The chemicals can be dangerous to animals, so we often ask that the pet be taken outside while wo do the inside and then inside while we do the outside (or vica verca).  How long does the service take? Usually a comprehensive treatment takes 1.5 hours.

TIP 1: Give your space a small spot clean - This helps us get as much coverage with the chemical as possible. TIP 2: Remove any open food from bench tops - This prevents pests from being attracted to the area. TIP 3: Examine where the pests are located/walking and give the feedback to the technician

Our standard service rate is usually $199 (NOW $149) which includes the inside, roof void and outside walls of your home with 4+ active ingredients and deals with COCKROACHES, SPIDERS & ANTS. We provide a 12mth warranty for the inside of your home for cockroaches and spiders.

Value, time, service quality and warranty. We provide a minimum of 4 active ingredients for our chemical treatments - We know coming back is costly to you and to us so we like to do the job right the first time. Our team is always on time and provide warranty for the inside of your home.

We usually charge a flat rate for our residential services. We provide an obligation free fixed quote usually over the phone. We have 3 main services that have proven over time to solve the problems.

Cockroaches, spiders, ants, fleas & rodents. We deal with other pests such as wasps, silverfish and other tricky pests also. We love residential and serve our commercial customers to the highest standard.
