  I recently hired Boost Bond Cleaning for an end-of-lease clean but unfortunately, their service fell short of expectations. The initial clean did not meet the required standard, resulting in my real estate agent flagging several areas that required re-cleaning, such as: top of door frames, shower walls, kitchen sink, drain, stove, rangehood, cupboard and draws, corners of pantry and the list goes on. Their end of cleaning checklist included all of this, but was not done to a satisfactory standard, resulting in a $330 deduction from my bond to cover the cost of hiring another cleaner. When I informed Boost about the issue, they did offer to re-clean the property; however, they were unable to complete the service in time for the new tenant's move-in date. I have since reached out to the company twice to request a refund for the additional expenses incurred, but unfortunately, I have not received a resolution or even a response to my email. I was hoping for a more professional and satisfactory experience. I cannot recommend Boost Bond Cleaning based on my experience and would advise potential customers to consider other options for end-of-lease cleaning services.

  Boost Bond Cleaning was recommended by my rental agent, and I can see why. Pleasant, professional, and easy to organise an appointment. The cleaning team were on time, well presented, knew what needed doing and to what standard for the agent's inspection, and most importantly were happy to work independently without needing me around. I stopped by the next day for a quick squiz and to lock the screen door - the place honestly looked cleaner than when I moved in! I'm happy to report I received my full bond back. With a million other things to attend to during a move, absolutely invest in a Boost Bond Cleaning service.
