I need to be able to sit down and talk to my clients regarding their goals and current state of health and nutrition. If you feel happy to go ahead i perform a 1 hour evaluation of your movements, posture core, strength, body fat and flexibility and this is written up into a report for you. This will allow us to see where exactly you are in terms of your current state of fitness and where you would like to take it to.
