Here at Gallo Property Inspections, we are experts at detecting all those structural and other building issues that vendors don’t want you to see. We know the little tricks that some people will try in an effort to cover up what may be a serious structural defect. However, our Inspectors have been involved within the building industry for a long time and as a result, they have the extensive knowledge that is necessary to fully understand the complexities of the various trades that come together to create a successful house construction. Our inspectors are all highly trained in the use of the latest state-of-the-art technology such as Moisture Sensors. All our inspections comply with and are conducted under the rules and conditions defined with the Australian Standards 4349.1 and 4349.3 which relate to both Building and Termite Inspections. For your added security, we hold both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. We understand that time can often be an urgent consideration when purchasing a new home. For this reason and to provide clients with the best service, we can be contacted 7 days a week and we do specialise in providing very short notice inspections – sometimes even on the same day! Once our Inspector has completed his inspection, he will telephone you with an overall summary of his findings. This is followed up within 24 hours with your full written report and supporting photographs depicting areas of concern. This will be emailed directly to you. Never forget that our primary aim is protect your interests when you are about to make what is probably one of the most defining investments in your life.
