  Kam is very knowledgeable and I love the way he pushes me just the right amount whilst having a good understanding of my body’s limitations. He’s really flexible with appointments and works around my busy schedule. He’s also great company and I enjoy our sessions.

  I'd love to leave a better review for Kam but unfortunately did not feel that I got an honest outline from him. I asked what certifications he had and after a very long winded story did not get any idea of what certifications he actually has. I was asked to sign a contract that contradicted the pricing he had quoted me and that tried to tie me into a full year of contractual service. He also asked to be paid for the first consultation, which was just him telling me about his services. Overall if you're looking for a full holistic coach that covers the spiritual and life coaching side of things equally to personal training and don't mind spending the big bucks, then he's an option. Personally that's not what I wanted and I didn't feel that initial consult, coupled with a questionable contract and tie-in was for me.
