What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Generally clients don't provide sufficient information at the beginning when asking for a quote. For example: Customer may ask to quote on an individual tax return but does not specify whether they have shares, property investments, interest from savings accounts, motor vehicle deductions and so on. Prices can vary from as low as $99 to $1,000 depending on the complexity of the return.

Fixed monthly pricing to allow affordable repayment plans for our clients based on the set agreed fee each year. This allows the client to budget for their accounting, bookkeeping fees without the fear of not knowing what their accountants bill is going to be at the end of each financial year.

Prices vary from business structures to individuals - whomever you are we offer fixed pricing and don't charge hourly rates allowing customers to know exactly what they're going to pay
