1. Please, Do not try and fix it yourself. Some things may appear simple but special tools and test equipment are required to do a good job.  2. Give me as much information as you can, what attempts have been made to fix it in the past, when, and what the result was.\ 3. Do not buy antenna parts from a hardware store or similar. They tend to sell the cheapest components they can find in order to maximise their margin.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Each job is quoted before work commences so there are no nasty surprises when you get the invoice. Quotes are based on estimated time required and cost of parts used.
