  Customer service was great, Robert knows his job and was very accommodating. No problems there. We had 1 man to assist our move and he remained on the truck packing the whole time. That would have been fine except he was taking his time. Firstly when the truck arrived, we had to wait 20 minutes for him to fold up blankets and sweep the truck on our time. He was on slow motion in wrapping lankets and securing each item. The truck arrived at the new place 20 minutes after we were there. Unloading was a little bit faster and we were hoping to clock 2hr 30 but he had to fold up all the blankets again on our time. Then returning to depot... charged 3hr 30. Not happy at all.
