Resheduled twice, Turned up 3 hours late. Assured me they had experience moving fish tanks and fish but they clearly had never done it before. Cancelled the job on arrival despite being sent pictures and measurements. Left me with $1000 worth of aquarium fish in a bucket in dark house with no power. Lied about providing a refund. Be very wary about booking this company as they are clearly untrustworthy.17 Jan 2026
Hi Daniel Jacob, I apologise that your job was rescheduled twice, the crew arrived three hours late and then cancelled on arrival, leaving your aquarium and fish in a precarious situation.
