  Big Panda were very efficient at coming out to measure and quote. Communication was very good. Installation was done within a week if quoting. Installation of product was to a very high standard, cannot fault. I throughly recommend Big Panda. The product we had installed was hybrid flooring.

  This is a flooring company that I will stay away from at all cost. Their quote could appear cheaper, but the heartache you go through dealing with them is not worth the money. Their installers are rough, dented paintwork in my house, damaged existing flooring and tried to do a patch up, and worst of all did not complete their job. Very dodgy. All product & installation warranties that they bragged about are just lip service. Follow up calls & promises to return and fix their problem are all lies. Only use them if you are prepared for a dodgy floor with poor quality, no warranty & no after sales support. Good luck.
