Yes we carry comprehensive insurances in Public Liability and Professional Indemnity and all our work is guaranteed - in fact if you have problems after our work I will return in all instances.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

It is in my blood - my father started in this industry in 1968 and I used to go to work with him in the school holidays so it was a natural progression for me to continue this fine tradition.

I arrived at a clients house and his problem was cockroaches in his coffee every second day -without surveying his kitchen I went straight yo his latest state of the art coffee machine and pulled it apart to show him the biggest colony of cockroaches he had ever seen. I joked that their favourite coffee was a double short black

I love the liaison with the clientele who generally come from different backgrounds and having interesting stories to tell me. I also enjoy discussing the problem at hand and like to see the satisfaction level once I have assisted them in eliminating their problem.

While cost is not the basis for hiring a professional value for money is. Also experience and knowledge plus an understanding of the products to be used as chemicals used the wrong way can be potentially dangerous.

Can you get rid of my problem at hand and the obvious answer is yes but in some cases it may take more than one visit eg feral cats, large rats and some major termite infestations.

I need to know the origins of the pest you are having problems with eg if it is cockroaches I need to know where is the area you are having difficulties with such as the kitchen cupboards or the dishwasher or is it the whole house.

1. Follow the instructions I give during our original meeting ie clean out the kitchen cupboards. 2.Ask me what other services I can provide while I am on site. 3.Can you refer me customers such as friends and family.

I have fantastic buying power which is as a result of the relationships I have made with my supopliers over my years in the industry - I also get straight to the problem at hand without wasting unnecessary time on site which results in savings for the customer.

Once I have spoken to my clients or have visited their premises and surveyed the issue at hand I apply a general rule of thumb in regard to time on site and the best possible product to use in their circumstance taking into account any risks involved.

I specialise in all aspects of Pest Control from complex termite issues to the proofing of buildings to guard against vermin such as rodents and pigeons. In fact clients call me when they have no idea what top do as they know I can fix it !

Fully licenced since the 1988 I have all the compentancies required by the industry and I have applied all the pesticides and rodenticides in a safe and proper manner.
