  Prompt response to my enquiry. Appointment scheduled in order to quote for the job and quote provided in a timely manner. Due to weather conditions and the nature of the work unable to complete for a couple of weeks. Job now completed and all satisfactory. Dealings have been via phone due to the property being rented and the fact that I don't live near the premises. Overall good service.
