Yes Insured with GIO Business Insurance.  All work comes with Guarantee.  To be contacted within 48hrs of Clean being Conducted and we will return at no additional charge to rectify any cleaning issues.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Family Trait and its something I enjoy and am really good at.  After having my children I found it difficult to return to the workforce; so I decided that I wanted to start something small for me that I could grow.  I've never looked back!

I have many stories to share but not enough space on here :-) I have had customers who have remembered me fro many years ago.  I connect on a personal level with some of my clients they are somewhat like family to me.  Each Customer is important and a vital part of the growth of my Business.

I take a lot of Pride in my work and have an excellent eye for detail.  I like my customers to come home and not have to worry about a single thing. They should be able to put their feet up and relax and in-wind from the day.  I like to leave a Customer 100% Satisfied and happy with work I have done

Up to the Customer at the End of the day.  They need to insure they are getting what they pay for.  Does the hourly rate cover one staff member on site or per staff member.  Is the Quoted Price what's being charged or am I just paying for time on site? Many questions the Customer should be asking

I am being featured in the Australian Policing Institute Magazine and should be receiving Certificate from Police shortly in light of this.  Respectful member of the community, Reliable; Honest; Punctual and Very Hard-Worker!

I am fully registered and Insured with GIO Small Business Insurance for peace of mind.  I provide all my own Products and Equipment and attend each clean personally.  I offer Guarantee on my Bond Cleans also; returning at no additional charge to rectify and cleaning issues.

1.  Soak Bathrooms Prior to Arrival. But Not necessary. 2.  Oven Cleaning - Soak Oven prior to arrival but not necessary 3.  Remove all Rubbish from Property (Bond Cleans)

I try to be reasonable and my costs are inclusive of GST and include Products & Materials etc.  No Hidden Fees.  You are aware of all charges prior to commencement of Services with us.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I generally issue an Invoice via Email once Clean has been completed.  This is Generated through my QuickBooks App and done Via Phone App on site once job completed.  I am set up & have a mobile EFTPOS Machine to take Credit Card Payments also.

I specialise in Builders & Bond Cleans but experienced in all areas.  Can do Domestic & Commercial work as well as Housekeeping & AirBnB.

I have been Cleaning for nearly 15 years total.  I started with my mother at the age of 14 working for Advance National and cleaning Car Yards such as Mitsubishi/Subaru for companies like Zupps in the Southport area; also Office Works and similar establishments.  Experience All Fields.
