John came around after a call late at night to evaluate the Euro Wasp Nest as he was apprehensive about my kids’ safety. He attended the following night when they were inactive and quickly and skillfully disposed of the problem. Professionalism and affability is a key to this business and its employees visibly. I mainly appreciated the way he explained the risks and dangers related with the problem and its treatment, as well as talking to me about the wasp's behavior and biology.
