Please note: We do not offer Tax Return services, also we only offer offsite (correspondence) services, onsite services (face to face) is unavailable, BAS Solutions is a Sydney based Business that provides services Australia Wide through cloud accounting.
Following is an example only of pricing:
Average Small Sole trader no employees - $490.00 + gst Bookkeeping for 3 months plus
Reconciliations and Lodgement of BAS (This is dependent on the number of transactions,
this could be less or more) all other services will incur an extra charge.
Small Sole trader doing their own bookkeeping, check, reconciliation and Lodgement
$200.00 + gst, anything else will incur an extra charge.
Basic Payroll – 1-5 employees very basic not including overtime and allowances etc $60 per
Pay run all other services will be at an extra charge.
We are a licensed Bas Agent, obtain professional indemnity insurance and are a professional member of the ITB.
BAS Solutions offers many services including but not limited to the Following:
• Registered BAS Agent No. 26120185 – Lodgement of BAS, IAS
• Bookkeeping services and Bank Reconciliations
• Payroll Services – provide weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll runs and lodgement
through STP2, Setup of new employees and onboarding process, record keeping of
entitlements including Annual Leave, Personal Leave and Long Service Leave also
submission through the long service board in the Cleaning and Building and Construction
Industry, Setup, Lodgement of Superannuation and Reconciliation, Produce annual Income
Statements, Reconciliation and lodgement to the ATO. Preparation and interpretation of
employment contracts. Interpretation and implementation of Enterprise Bargaining
Agreements and dealing with the Union and any audits or other issues that arises.
Calculation and Lodgement of Uplus and Acirt
• Subcontractors – Ensuring that they are compliant with regards to checking of ABN's, Visas
and work rights etc, Reconciliation and lodgements of Taxable Payments through the ATO
Portal
• Insurances – Public Liability, Professional Liability, Motor Vehicle, Plant and Equipment,
Workers Compensation including lodgement of actual and estimated wages etc
• Accounting Services – providing full proof tax ready accounts for your Tax Agent to prepare
your Tax Return, including Bank Reconciliations, Reconciliation of Profit and Loss and
Balance Sheet (GL Recs) including Tax Accounts, Depreciation and Loan Schedules (Hire
Purchase and Asset Purchase), Inventory Control etc
• Other Ad hoc Services – Preparation of Payment Schedules in the Building Industry, Deed of
Releases and chase up of Retentions when due, Financial involvement of Tenders example
financial assessment of your business, Job (Project) profit and loss to determine that
projects are suitable for your business and are profitable.
