Yes, as Chartered Accountants we hold professional Indemnity Insurance. We use our own extensive checklist system and we guarantee all of our work.

Growing up in Forbes in NSW, my Economics class was an eye opener. Economics made sense of the world beyond the farm! From studying Economics at Uni I discovered Accounting, and I love my job.

A new business client from 2014 came to us with a mounting Division 7A loan problem. These loans are often promoted as the best tax saving plan, but they are not right for everyone. We proposed and implemented a complete restructure. It was great to see the relief on the client's face.

Please provide your ABN, Turnover/Sales $, Number of employees and a list of equipment and loans  including anything purchased or sold during the year, and also your previous years Financial Statements and Income Tax returns.

Ensure that all bank reconciliations are complete and all transactions have been allocated to account codes. This is  easy with Xero and MYOB Essentials when you use the bank feed function.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our quote has three components. 1. Fixed File check fee,  2. Hourly fee for adjustments if needed. Most client do not need this and you are under no obligation to continue beyond the file check,  and 3. The Fee to cover BAS & Tax Preparation which can be paid monthly.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge our fees as a fixed monthly amount, quoted upfront. The fee includes BAS preparation and lodgement and yearly tax returns, with an included tax preparation consultation at our office, by Skype, Facetime or phone. We leave no stone unturned when it comes to finding tax deductions for you.

We can assist with Cloud Accounting solutions and offer a free set up service for Xero and MYOB Essentials. We offer state of the art web based business improvement programs that are free to our clients. Our low monthly fixed fee BAS and Tax Return service helps you get on with businesses.
