Barbie Heng Personal Training

MEET BARBIE I was born and raised in Manjimup, playing sport all through my life. This included lower state basketball, netball and gymnastics. Personal Training is my passion and I have competed in fitness comps for the past 6 years. I turned IFBB Pro Bikini in 2013 which has fortunately allowed me to travel/compete and see many parts of the world. Being a sponsored athlete has been one of the many highlights of my life. SPECIALISES IN Strength training, group training, training women and advising in weight loss and toning. MY CURRENT GOALS Working hand in hand with my clients to achieve their goals, studying nutrition and working towards my next international fitness competition. FAVOURITE EXERCISE Weighted bench step ups and squats- I love training glutes and these exercises are my favourites. Along side core work! MY INTERESTS Spending time with my family, daughter and partner, shooting hoops is a favourite! I love food, so trying new places is a weekly event. Shoes! Can never have too many of them.
