  Free consultation which went way over the alloted time and provided really comprehensive information about not only what services would be provided and what might happen next and the price but also personalised advice about how I might be able to proceed. Also, they had an online questionnaire which saved heaps of time not having to explain numbers over the phone. Even if I don't end up using their services this time, I'll be happy to let friends know about them and will try to remember about them for future.
