  B Moving was so keen to get my business and kept calling me back by assuring the quality of their staffs and insurance cover for peace of mind. However, I have experienced worst nightmare on my moving day. Not only my favourite French Oak expensive furniture has been damaged but they did not take an ownership of their promise. So literally they left me with damaged furniture without compensating it and moreover, they stoped responding my emails and not picking up my calls. Now I am taking this matter to the VCAT and trying to find the justice. I paid $1020 in full upon completion of their work by trusting that they would cover the damage of furniture which costed me $3700. Utterly disappointed and therefore, I would not recommend this company.

  They arrived 1.5 hours late. They said they’d send 2 guys and they sent 3 for the first half hour. However, once the third guy left, the other two dropped the pace. One of them was very inexperienced and had a shoulder injury, which obviously made them take longer than they should have. So we ended paying more than we expected.

  1.5hrs late but communication was made We are only late if the morning job goes longer. 3rd guy was there free of charge to help speed up your lift time slot. Which was 12-2 pm. Moved your whole property 1.20pm to 4.45pm on a friday. No mention of stairs at drop off in original booking. All reasonable on our end and time that was taken is standard time for a move like this elevator one end stairs other end., customer also then wasted another 20 minutes when it come to payment refusing to pay when he job was complete.
