yes, I do. a lady in Brunswick hired a handyman to fix her LG front load washer/dryer based on cheap quote. that handy man could not or don't know why the machine had no power and guided her to spent a lot of money on wrong parts. She was so upset and dumped the handyman, turned to us for help
