The studio is professionally cleaned 3x p/week. We are also cleaning all machines before, during and after sessions as well as ensuring safe distancing and practice are observed.

Health and fitness has always been in my blood, I have been active since I could walk and combining my passion for fitness with my desire to help people, naturally meant that Personal Training was always going to be my calling.

My personal and professional satisfaction comes from helping others. Through fitness I help people become what I call their "genuine best". For me my biggest thrill comes when I help a member turn their health and fitness around and achieving something they never thought they could.

In order to give an accurate, and responsible quote, it is very important for me to get a large amount of information in regards to goals, training history and injury history. Everyone is different and as a result they will require a different program and quote design

My prices (memberships) are created for the individual based on a variety of factors. The amount of times p/week and how long the sessions go for come in to play, as well as goal and injury history.

My experience in the industry has lead me to specialise in weight loss and fitness improvements, but I am also capable in programming for strength, toning, core conditioning and many other goal-specific areas
