Before becoming a pest manager my experience with 'pest men' was not very positive. I could see that in many cases it could be done a lot better. I decided to adopt an approach that reflected the experience that I would like personally if someone came to my house. This has been our guiding principles ever since.

Customers can pay by cash, cheque or make a direct account transfer. Many people are using their internet banking facilities to pay for services and we are happy for our customers to do that.We do not offer credit card facilities.

Our technicians are fully qualiifed and experienced in all aspects of pest management. We all hold a full Pest Manager's Licence with Workcover including full qualifications for termite inspecting and treatments.
