A very basic inspection was done. Roof was not inspected as the builder not not have a ladder high enough to reach the roof, the gouse is single story but not ground level. Communication was excellent.31 Jan 2023
Hi Sharmaine, Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue. The property has about 1 meter high subfloor, not a slab on ground property. Total around 3.8m high to roof. Roof Exterior- Must be accessible from a 3.6m ladder placed on the ground only, you can also check with other licensed inspector too, the Scope of the Inspection is same. As our report Complies with Australian Standards AS 4349.1-2007. Inspection of Buildings Part 1: Pre- Purchase Inspections-Residential Buildings- Appendix "C" and with AS 4349.3-2010 (Visual Timber Pest Inspection Report).Regina T
