  I posted a job last Saturday and Matt was the first one who reached me. He even reply my messages promptly on Sunday in a very professional way. I told him I have only got a yard around 400 square meters. He replied me in a very polite and professional way telling me that he is willing to get the job, his equipments may be too large but he may be able to do the job using his own techniques. I then send him some pictures of my yard and unfortunately, he confirmed his equipments are not suited to do my yard. He even gave me recommendations on what service providers I should look for. It is a pity that I cannot engage Matt to do my gardening. However, from what we have communicated over the past few days, I am sure I will call Matt direct if I have any gardening job to do in the future.

  I live remotely from my family and asked Matt at Austin Yard Maintenance to help redo our entire garden. The brief was to replace the 3 existing garden beds and to add another bed to the side of the property including removal of existing garden beds, irrigation, draininage, curbing, lanscaping, tree and shrubs selection and planting. The broad brief was to make it low maintenance and easycare. Matt met my family to discuss their feelings and opinions and worked with them and mine to design a garden scope that met our requirements. Our works involved heavy machinery and Matt coordinated this to be least impactful to our neighbours. He sent Sheila his associate to speak to my family about plant options and worked in our decision to keep some of the mature trees. From the time I sought a quote to the time the job was done took 6 weeks. The finished job is exceptional, it represents everything we want and most importantly, my family feel the look has made this home brand new. I also note Matt followed up with site visits and reminders about the garden care even after the project had finished. Matt and Sheila are courteous, approachable and hardworking people. I would willingly recommend them to any private home owner who wants to reinvent their home with a compelte revamp of their garden and lawn. Fantastic Job Austin Yard Maintenance.
