  Price was good but the lady wanted full payment up front. I refused and said she will get payment after the job was completed. We agreed to half up front and half at the end. She sent 1 Chinese man who could not speak a world of English. We couldn't communicate with him to tell him what we wanted. Once the job was done. The windows weren't cleaned well enough and we called her back under the 5day guarantee. They never showed. Would not recommend to anyone

  Owner of this service sent a middle aged lady to clean a double storey house. They took whole payment before starting job. Cleaning didn't include carpets or kitchen Cleaning was done poorly. This is newly built house in Rochedale. We could see so many spots on floor tiles and windows. Cleaner refused to clean fans which was discussed before. When tried to contact owner, he was not responding to calls or texts. When I told that I was going to report his business then he responded but he refused to rectify anything. I even offered him to look at the cleaning and decide himself but he totally reused.Got very poor cleaning and response from owner. Got ripped off!!!
