  My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful experience with our New Electrician "Assist Air & Electrical Pty. Ltd. located at Thorneside Brisbane. We had Electrical damage caused by TC-Alfred at our external Power Board and all safety switches and main switch had to be replaced with new, plus additional work on existing Switchboard /Power Board. Todd allowed 7.5 hour's for the job, which actually took him 8.5 hours, and on top he spent a further 45 minutes replacing all faulty down lights right through the house, without any additional charge. He was prompt on time when he inspected our job and promoted on time the following week to do the job. Very polite and friendly and helpful, very accurate, clean and tidy finishing the work and job site, as well being observed by pointing out other electrical issues that we might need to be aware, without being pushy, just letting us know. We would highly recommend Todd to anyone that needs Electrical or A/C work done👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Martin & Fiona Bloder Victoria Point

  Todd was quick and prompt with his reply to my quote and was more than happy to answer my questions and even throw out some suggestions. Install went flawlessly Todd being able to replace my previous aircon unit with one he recommended. Glad I went with his choice. Great customer service.

  Todd Bass has done electrical work for us a number of times and we have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality of his work . He wired a new house for us and did a lot of work on a Reno . His friendly manner with good communication style makes it easy to work with him on a project. He is thorough and has attention to detail which is very important to us . We have recommended him several times ; most neighbours in our street have now used his services and are very satisfied with his work .
