Yes we are an insured company. We have public liability and business insurance. we certainly guarantee our work and build within the victorian regulations. We provide a guarantee with the receipt once the job is completed.

The customer should ask what the tradesman thinks of the job, like whats the best way to do it, there professional opinion on tackling the job, and maybe if they have done this specific job before.

depending on what needs to be done there are a few things that need to be established. For a front fence for example we need to know the length, the height, and the width and also how many piers there will be if any.

there are a few ways. if it is a repair job and the existing bricks are going to be used the customer can clean the bricks from the old mortar themselves. Cut surrounding trees down if they are in the way of new fences or retaining walls, and basically just have a clean site with easy access.

Knowing how to quote accurately and avoiding wastage whilst knowing where to buy quality materials at competitive prices. Also being competitve with what we charge for the labour we provide.

Normally we take a look at the job and give a quote inclusive of all labour and materials without any extra charges later on. We provide a breakdown of what everything is going to cost and show alternative materials that vary with price. Payment methods can be agreed with the customer whether its by  cheque or bank deposit.

We do specialize in repair work to existing brick and blockwork. We also do a lot of front fences and retaining walls from digging the foundations to pouring the concrete, to laying the bricks and to acid washing it at the end.

We have been qualified for the last 14 years, we have worked in both the commercial and domestic industry of our trade and there isnt much that we dont have experience with.
