Clean floor and wall from rubbish and dust Set angles to required areas Caulking (waterproof silicon) to all the gaps, angles, and corners Apply oil-base primer to floors and Water-base primer to walls as per manufacturer instruction & specifications Apply two (2) coat oil-base waterproof membrane to floor and two (2) coat water-base waterproofing membrane to walls as per manufacturer instructions & specifications. Apply primer & waterproof membrane upturn up to 100mm from floor to required areas, such as balcony walls or laundry walls (for walls that are not waterproofed. Apply caulking (waterproof silicon) and two (2) coats of waterproof membrane to wall penetrations (e.g. bath room rough-in pipes) All works carried out are in accordance to the Building code of Australia, Australian Standards and Manufacturer’s instruction & specifications.
