  Tim recently came and did building and pest inspection to give us confidence in the new home we are purchasing. He was on time, professional and has a great attention to detail. The report was thorough and gave us a solid idea of the repairs and maintenance we will need to get on top of when we move into our new property next month. Would definitely use Tim again or refer onto anyone I know looking for a similar service.

  Tim came and completed two building and pest inspections for us and we could not have been more impressed with his service. He was able to assist with very short notice and performed very thorough inspections on the house we are selling and purchasing. He explained the reports so I was able to understand what each issue was. Would definitely recommend and will use Apex for any future inspections.
