  It took a couple of days for Joy to get back to my initial text, then she arranged for someone to come out at the time I wanted. She sent Ayo, who arrived slightly late and went a bit overtime, but did an excellent job of general cleaning around the house including floors, kitchen, bathroom. Thank you so much.

  This is the first time that I got cleaners to clean the house and it was really disappointing with reasons as follows: 1. Toilet floor was not that clean with strands of hair can still be found on the floor. 2. Corner of the living room floor and areas between the tables and sofa were not clean as those areas were still dirty. 3. Description in the request mentioned kitchen cleaning is included and expecting stove and sink to be clean but those were not clean. I'm expecting professional cleaners to be expert in this area but really disappointing about it. Need to think twice before getting cleaners to clean the house in the future. I've learnt my lesson to always check the area before cleaners leave the house even though you expect that professional cleaners will do the work well.
