Worst business i have EVER engaged in. On the day of my bond clean this company CANCELLED my cleaner due to this business telling the cleaner the incorrect details of the property. The cleaner asked for additional money - $80 for the missed room not being listed. Instead of Annacon speaking to me about the situation they cancelled. It took approx 5 weeks for the holding deposits to be refunded. Every time i made an enquiry i got an excuses that the accounts team did it already or they were not in. This company is very unprofessional and rude, Do not risk putting yourself in a horrible situatiuon. *** DO NOT USE ***11 Aug 2023

was to be an ‘end of lease clean’ which was supposed to include windows etc which it didn’t. seemed a bit slow and attention to detail only average. was advised it would be an extra $100 due to some dirty walls but then not all were cleaned. felt the price was a bit steep for the work done.22 Jun 2023
When cleaner complete the job I ask you to check the job and paid , you check the job and pay then after 9 day you contact me say they job is not good , I have pay cleaner and services for ad 5 day guaranteed we can’t be able to do the services after the guaranteed pass Unfortunately we have can’t be able to refund in this case Thank you and sorry if you believe we didn’t provide quality services but we are looking forward to improve our services and train more our cleaners thank youVarun G

Very unprofessional people to deal with. Promised me certain price for bond clean including carpet cleaning. A night before cleaning asked for more money and kept asking for payment with half deposit already paid. On day of service she insisted for payment before service was completed and on making payment i was told that carpet cleaning is not included. I showed evidence of chat and what was agreed. Told me that it will be done next day and was not done and now I am trying to chase them with no answer or response to my calls. I will advice not to use them as the cleaning standard was very low as well. Will not recommend anyone to use this service.10 Sep 2022
