  David was very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. We are very pleased with the quality of wood and the quality of installation. The workers worked non-stop until completion. The new flooring totally transformed the look of our home! We love it!

  I had my floors redone due to the washing machine leaking dirty soapy water throughout the entire first floor. Dave from Dynamic was recommended by the store i had purchased from originally. in what seemed like an hour they had completely cut up and ripped out the damaged boards, by the time i had come home from work they were packing up. Job Well Done, Also thank you for checking the washing machine for me :)

Frequently asked questions

• How do you normally charge for your service?

  We charge in many different way depending on the job needing to be laid. *Normal jobs (eg. Bedrooms, Hallways and Living Areas) are charged on a per m2 rate.(Entry and doorway trim are inc in m2 rate) *Take Up Existing Flooring per m2 *Steps and Step Winders are charged per each one. *If skirting need to be removed, refitted or new skirting needs fitting the rate is per LM (Lineal metre) *Subfloor levelling if needed is charged on. How bad the subfloor is!!. how much bags of leveling compound is needed!! or how much sanding is involved!! *Furniture is charged per item (small items should be removed and cupboards emptied)
