  I got in touch with John over the weekend. I had no hot water and required a new boiler for my family as a matter of urgency. I was feeling stressed and anxious not knowing which way to turn and which company to use. I tried contacting a few of the big companies and there prices were fanominally expensive for a new boiler like for like. After contacting John to ask for a new boiler pricing I was shocked at his price for starters for the same job that other competitors were charging over $1000 more. I was impressed by John's bredth of knowledge and being understanding of my situation. John was extremely honest and upfront with me explaining options available to me. My stress and anxiety was beginning to relax as I knew I was in safe hands with giving John the go ahead to install my new boiler. John kept in touch with me over the weekend and assured me he would not let me down and would be with me first thing on Monday with a new boiler. On meeting John today he came fully equipped and ready for the install. Everything was explained to me, gas meter was checked for any leaks prior to install. Once boiler was installed it was checked for leaks with soapy water. I was so impressed with John's workmanship and craft knowledge I would definitely use and recommend him to everyone reading my post. John you are a top bloke 👏
