What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

what is your approach? all of our photographers and videographers are professionals with years of experience. our approach is always to blend in, shoot the day as it happens and keep things as natural as possible.   how long do I need for our bridal shoot? no long drawn out photoshoots over here! Usually, at most, around 45 minutes as we want to get you back with your guests so you can enjoy your wedding! 15-20 minutes with your bridal party and then about 25-30 minutes with you as a couple. if this isn’t done during sunset, we suggest popping out for 5-10 minutes at last light to get some photos.   do I need a second shooter? getting a second photographer is extremely handy if you are wanting to cover both the boys and the girls getting ready and have two point of views for the ceremony. For example, one focused on guests and the grooms reaction, while the other focuses on the bride walking down the aisle. during canapés or cocktail hour, one photographer can stay back and get lots of candid shots of guests enjoying themselves while the main photographer is on the bridal shoot.  we recommend getting a second photographer if your wedding is above 70 guests.  who edits your photos & videos? we are very proud to say all our editing is done in house to ensure quality and consistency.   how long until you receive your photos & video? up to four weeks for photos and six weeks for video, however, we do aim to have them both to you as fast as possible.  do we get sneak peeks? yes! you’ll get a handful of photos during the following week of your wedding to share with your friends & family.   where are we based? our shooters are based all over australia, with our head office is in burleigh on the gold coast. cam from our team, will be your main point of contact monday - friday during work hours. this means we are always available and ready to answer any questions you have. other parts of our team including our editors and creative director also work from the office with our co founders dropping in regularly.   do you offer prints & albums? we do. all of our fine art prints are done in-house and our albums are also designed in house.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Normally a 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment for the wedding is required 30 days before the Special Day!
