  Do not trust or use. Came and inspected our carpets. He told us prior to arriving it would cost $150 for all 4 rooms and he could remove pet odours. We paid $225 for cleaning floorboards instead. When he arrived he told us the carpets (2yr old) couldn't be salvage and told us he worked with the Salisbury Carpet Giants company (this is NOT a reflection on them & I will be letting them know he is using them as a referee) that we use for rental properties. We believed him and removed the carpets. He then came and sprayed the wood floorboards with what smelled like dishwashing detergent in a garden hand held poison sprayer . He told us to call in 2 days if smell was still a problem (cat urine). When we returned 2 days later it smelled the same. We asked him to come back and redo the floors as they still smelled. He said he would return on Fri. Around 12pm. We waited all day and evening- he didn't show up, phone or text. I called him Sat & he returned to inspect the house (bedrooms were still bad smelling) he said he needed to spray the concrete laundry floor as well. We did not feel that was needed and told him we wouldn't be doing it and to just redo the wood floors. He then told us his van had been broken into the night before (doesnt explain why he didnt show Fri!) and his CARPET cleaner stolen. He agreed to return on the Wed to redo the floors at 12. He again didn't show, call or text so I called him. He claimed he had worked all night & was sorry. He SAID he would be there at 2pm so I waited until 3pm. He again didn't show. The house was NEVER cleaned as promised, we now doubt we even needed to remove the carpets.
