  Once called to say it had been finished, my husband arrived and couldn’t inspect the place beyond a surface glance due to the floor still being wet, however she was paid in good faith as she said it was completed. I still have not received a receipt after paying in cash. Upon inspection, the kitchen pantry and laundry cupboard cavities were not cleaned or wiped down, the laundry rail is missing a section where she hadn’t cleaned it, the laundry and kitchen sink weren’t wiped down and full of soap scum, as well as the skirting boards weren’t wiped down. When a text was sent to her with some photos advising we were unhappy with the job completed, she replied with a poorly spelt, extremely rude blaming response saying that “the house was putrid”, “can’t expect a dirty old house to sparkle” and that it was my fault that I didn’t come myself to check and wrote “END OF STORY”. She was advised that I did not come myself as I had the flu and didn’t want to get her sick. Extremely unprofessional. I have finished the remainder of the clean myself, will not be allowing her to return to the property and am advising against the use of her services.

  Bedroom 1-window roller blinds have remind her twice not to forget giving a good clean but when she already left and have it inspected it's still as dirty as before,then I have to do the touch up all over. Living room hardwood floors have miss some stain,then I have to mop the miss spot myself. The worst part is 40 minutes when I went out to do some shopping,she called me jobs done and she's already waiting outside the apartment premises on her car. I paid her without any question that the jobs done good,Then when I ask about my three sets of Security Keys and Swipe card to the apartment she's said she left it on the bench. within minutes I went back to our empty apartment with my wife and search everywhere there's no trace of our keys. within few minutes I ring her straight away and SMS her aswell twice and 7 times ring her but only voicemail to ask her where exactly are the keys? For around 2 hours calling her but unresponsive.Between 12:48 pm to 10:35 she texted me and apologise that she must drop her mobile under her car and when she realised all my calls and messages She's saying this and that she will send it by priority mail the next day. I texted her back and telling her I need those keys within 24 hours as I have an end of the lease inspection with my property agent and need to hand in all the keys. I have called her right away and another voicemail once again and never reply until now at 09.12.2024 and tomorrow morning I have to meet up with my property agent for the final inspection. it's frustrating experience with this Cleaner and I'll to spend and pay my agent for the keys that she lied saying she left in my premises but have taken with her and will send via priority mail that never happened. Don't deal with this dodgy person and be aware.

  Peta and Brad came to do my end of lease clean and did a fantastic job! Did everything you’d need for an end of lease clean and cleaned our carpets. Fantastic communication and completely transparent with the job. I’d absolutely recommend!!
