  The cleaning was unsatisfactory and one job i particularly requested was not touched/ i had to get someone else to clean the windows again as they were left with dirty streaks on them/ total waste of my pension/

  Hi Betty, Sorry that you feel that way, you did not mention any of this at the time when I finished the clean on the day of the job and signed off to say that you were happy. Had you asked me, I would have come back and rectified any issues that you were not happy with were possible. Saving you money on hiring someone else. Have a nice day :-)
