How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Always loved grooming dogs, after getting into showing the thought crossed my mind and last year decided to get into it and I am glad i have, I have many many years experience with arctic breeds and own and show my own.

There are too many to write, every story is special and i would be here for a while if i was to write it out.

What do you like most about your job?

I love meeting new people and dogs, I love the looks on their faces when they see their dog lovely, clean happy and just how they asked.

I would see if they are mobile, see if they cater for sensitive skin, if they work with difficult dogs, always give detail on how your dogs handle being groomed, if they have been groomed before..always be honest and you will always find the right groomer for your dog.

We get asked if we clip and i kindly let them know that we do, we are focused on arctic breeds however clipping is something i love to do.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

My heart is in grooming and working from home i am always ready to groom your beloved best friend. We are very flexible with time and work 7 days a week, 9am till 4pm, sometimes we do later appointments but we like to keep noise down when it is after 5pm.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

Having the advantage of working from home we have a lovely sized grooming salon so noise is a lot less than in a trailer, we have room to work with your dogs and a professional set up. We use warm water when it is cold and warm air..keeping your dogs happy is our top priority.

Size of you dog, if they have matts, long hair, double coat, flea wash Our prices are fixed and will not change.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Always let me know things in advance, we do discounts for pensioners and we do let you know if things do not need doing, as an example trimming if you dog does not need it i will not charge for it.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We work from home and do not travel so we can keep our costs down. Our aim is to give people who aren't well off with money a chance to have their dogs groomed nicely and be able to afford it because if there isn't a groomer who does this the dogs are the ones who suffer in the end.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have a fixed price per size and then we have extra charges (like flea washes, double coat, long hair, clipping, matted hair etc)

We specialise grooming arctic dogs and have a lot of experience with them and we are happy to share our knowledge with all our customers.

We have a lot of experience with difficult dogs, understand dog behavior and have a lot of patienc to make sure you dog has a good experience.
