have left the job unfinished, and now said I must wait multiple weeks until they can come back to complete the rest of the job. A long cut to original tiles has been made which is not straight and has been cut too short. Leaving me with a big problem. Insisted on a 3mm grout join when 1.5 would have been much better.Peter
