  Hi Suzanne thankyou for your review. We did advise the total cost of the job upfront prior to supplying and installing, we also advised we could install a cheaper storage hot water system, and you advised you wanted the top of the line. We also advised we wouldn't be taking the old unit away prior to starting the job, and suggested you ring the council to organise a skip bin, which you did.
