Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are fully insured and we guarantee ALL our work. On all of our bond cleans, we offer a full 7 day guarantee. What this means for our customer's, is that if the Agent identifies some things that don't meet their standards, then we will return to rectify the problem. (This guarantee is on ALL of our FULL BOND CLEANS)

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We fell into this line of work and fell in love with our jobs so much we decided to start our own business as we found it very rewarding helping people in a dire time of need. We all know moving out is very stressful. We feel great satisfaction when someone calls us and says OMG you guys just made my life so much easier.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

A client just called me the other day, she had got a quote of us initially but went with the cheaper option. She called frantically on the day of her clean. The cleaners she had hired and paid for never showed up. They wouldn't return her calls and she had to hand her keys back that evening.  No problem... as i have a large number of cleaners at my finger tips, I called one to see when she and her team would be finished the job they were currently working on and if they could do this new job by the end of the day. She said yes!   I our cleaners into the property by lunchtime and the carpet and pest guy arrived by 4pm.   At 5pm this client had her keys at the Real Estate Agent.

One of the common questions our customers ask us is about our guarantee for stain removal with our carpet cleaning services. After working in this industry for many years, we advise our customer's that: "No professional carpet cleaner will ever guarantee full stain removal , HOWEVER we use specially trained technicians and we have had great success in the past".

We let our reviews speak for themselves and actively encourage our clients to write reviews on 3rd party websites. We don't use dodgy self written reviews on our website page -  we actually link through to a reputable site, putting ourselves on the line and vulnerable.

You know how when you move out of a rental property and into your new home and you have to go back to the old place and clean clean clean, you also need to get your carpets steam cleaned and generally need to do a pest treatment as well.   Well what we do is take all that hassle out of it for you. We co-ordinate all the cleaning, carpet cleaning and pest control and take the hassle and heart ache out of the move for you and we fully guarantee our work, meaning if the agent isn’t happy… We go back.. In fact we currently are the recommended  cleaning company for over 60 real estate through out Brisbane.

what rooms we need to clean? How long have you lived there for? what condition the property is in? What is the reason for the cleaning? (eg moving out, had a party, spilt something on the carpet, doggy went dodo on the carpet? Just be as thorough and as honest as possible

What makes your pricing competitive?

We try to ascertain the condition and size of the property upon quoting so we can offer our clients a set price so there are no surprises upon arrival, most other companies give you a price based on limited questions and revert straight to hourly charges and no guarantee.  Also with our carpet cleaning we charge a 'per room rate' so you know what you are up for on the day.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Carpet cleaning we charge on a per room basis, stain treatments are additional and quoted onsite. Pest control is a set price depending on the particular pests that we are treating. Bond Cleaning  is based on a set rate, dependent upon several different factors - The condition of the property - how long you have lived there for - the size of the property and how many rooms it has etc

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Aim Home Services has over 18 cleaners, carpet cleaning technicians and licenced pest controllers on any given day. Meaning we can do urgent work for you.  All our cleaners do ongoing company managed training and spot check on their work on a regular absis. All Carpet techncians are IICRC accredited and all pest controllers (as required by law) hold a QLD Health Pest Management license for general pest control. Everyone of Aim Home Services Team recieve ongoing company training both technical and customer service training.
