I have been a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW since 2005 and have all compulsory insurances in place to practice.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always had a passion for law and property law seemed like the most interest aspect. It involves helping people with taking a new step in their live's whether they decide to sell or buy.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I believe it is necessary to find out information about a property even if it is going to Auction. Each matter I take on I do such research and on one occasion it revealed that there was illegal building work done in a strata unit. This was not revealed in a strata report.

I like the fact that I can assist people with buying or selling their property. I keep things simple to save them time and any hassles and I enjoy receiving great feedback about my work.

It is important to know the level of experience that the professional carries, it is equally important to know that the professional you choose is up to date with the changes in the industry.

Is it worth while requesting amendments and ordering reports for a property if it is going to Auction? Each situation and property is different and I will provide proper advice once more information about a particular property is received.

It is best to contact your conveyancer once you have either made an offer or prior to gong to Auction. It is important to have them view the contract before anything is signed.

$250.00 Contract for the Sale of Land Preparation $110.00 Perusal of Contract and request for amendments  $1,100.00 Flat fee to complete the matter including all disbursements

Ability to prepare documentation and carry out the legal aspects involved in relation to sale or lease of land, sale of a business (including the sale of goodwill and stock-in-trade) and grant of a mortgage of other charge.
