  Kelly has been so wonderful, she truly cares and is highly professional and knowledgeable. She has supported me so much in a very difficult time of my life. The whole team at AF Health is so friendly and welcoming, and it is a beautiful space that I highly recommend.

  A huge shout-out to AF Health. So far, 2 months in I'm feeling much more energised, focused and happier in general. Dr David Nicholas is extremely knowledgeable and very informative towards my requirements. Better results at the gym, work and life in general. If you aren't getting the answers you need about diet, health and lifestyle, then this is the place with the answer!

  Having Kelly as my Naturopath to address concerns with PCOS and NFAL has been really refreshing and overall fantastic experience. For years I have tried medications to address my PCOS issues and the fatigue and other symptoms that come along with that, and nothing has worked to the degree of making me feel better. I feel they were just band-aid solutions. I've always felt awful but since doing the 30 day reset and sticking to supplements Kelly recommended in my treatment plan, I finally feel I have a sense of control back on my health. I no longer feel fatigued and horrible everyday. Couldn't recommend this service enough, the ongoing check-in and support inbetween appointments is amazing and makes the health journey alot more achievable.

  i’ve been diagnosed with endometriosis for for over a year now, and nothing has ever helped my pain. since getting acupuncture i have been pain free for over a month which is unheard of for me. unreal!

  AF Health have been so helpful in offering their guidance and support. Natrupath David provides lots of details and information relating to necessary testing and treatment plans and is always happy to answer questions via email post sessions. I would have rated 5 stars but a little improvement is needed for billing and communication between admin staff as I was sent multiple invoices even after payment and was called for items to be followed up even though I had paid and sent confirmation via email numerous times. Additionally, whilst starting an new treatment plan I would have benefited from a check in email or call from AF Health to see how I was going before my next appointment. Overall have seen some improvement in my health (although minimal as it has only been a month) and look forward to the next steps.
