I decided to get into my line of work because I liked to be able to help people get the normally biggest cost item for them without too much stress for them.

A customer was refused finance from his long time bank. I suggested he go to another mortgage provider like a mortgage broker and the person received his loan.

We have been doing conveyancing since 1989, and we are experienced, reliable, and trustworthy. We only take bank cheques at settlement, and try to get them made in your name at all times when possible. We show you all costs of things in doing your settlement.

Before quoting we need to know the price of the property, whether buying, or selling, if house or flat purchase, if finance is involved such as getting a loan, or discharge of mortgage on the property, or any special requirements for us to attend to, to do their work properly.

A customer can save money before we start the work by contacting us to be their conveyancer before signing the contract, giving our contacts to their bank, or finance broker, and their agent in the purchase , or sale of their property.

We charge moderately for our services on a fixed price quote, or by the hour charge, whatever you prefer. We normally match other people's fixed price quotes, or hourly prices for your work to be done in conveyancing.

We do Contracts for Private Sales and Form 1, together with all Council and Land Titles Office searches. We write your Transfers, Settlement Statements, and do Verifications for buyers, or seller

We trained at TAFE SA in conveyancing and have their certificate. We have been doing this since 1989, and have a lot of experience. We also have a Diploma in Property Services.
