We have public liability insurance that goes up to $20 million.   We guarantee work as we send out a fee proposal to all our clients digesting our deliverables, and we always have communication to our valued clients if they are satisfied with the project, or if they would like some changes made.

Going to different places around NSW and interacting with clients is a very rewarding experience. Being able to see the clients enjoy our service, and hit the goal that they wanted to achieve through our media motivates us more to provide a good service.

Asking a professional if they have worked within the industry is a good start. A professional media expert that has worked within the same field as the client would have a greater understanding of the environment and the goals of the job. A professional should be licensed meaning that they should have public liability insurance, registered ABN and has an ReOC Licence.

1) How is footage distributed?   We use Google Photos as it is the most convenient and accessible way to use an online gallery and to download the footage. You can also use the album to share with your friends and family. If you are using Google Photos for business purposes, it is easy to share the link with our colleagues.   2) Are you insured?  We have a $20 million public liability insurance that ensures that if an accident happens, our clients are in safe hands.  3) What is your experience?  We have a combined media experience of 6+ years. We have worked with a range of clients from business owners to musicians. A critical element that our clients say is that we provide high quality media with constant communication. We have many repeat clients who trust the work we do.  4) Where can I see your showreel?  Go onto www.advanceddronephotography.com for our commercial and industrial showreel.  5) How do you price?  After getting the objectives of the job, we send out an invoice and a fee proposal. An invoice is a breakdown on what you are being charged for, and the fee proposal is a breakdown of the deliverables and our understanding of the job in writing.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

It is a combination of experience and professionalism. Our Chief Remote Pilot has a 3+ years history with using drones from maintenance control to communicating with the Civil Aviation Authority. Our team are professional videographers and photographers so we are respectful to the clients project, always in communication with their expectations, and always delivering results in the shortest amount of time possible.

We predicate our business in quality media. Compared to other service providers, we ensure that consultation is made with our valued client before we start the project. This not only gives the client time to think how they would like their project customised for them, but gives us time to find the right equipment and team for the job.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Location:  Location is really important as it not only allows our Chief Remote Pilot to scan the airspace for restricted airspace, but allows us to figure the time it takes to get to the location  Objective: It is best to be clear what you would like. Have a general understanding of what your project goals are, and we can assist you afterwards.  Time:  This is mostly relevant for events. Labour cost can significantly change depending on how long you would like our staff to be there.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1) Have a clear goal in mind when starting your project  2) Have a healthy budget. When weighing up invoices, consider the quality you are looking for, and the service that the photographer/videographer will offer.  3) Scout your options. Always look at your options before you choose a business. Going for a very cheap photographer/videographer may save you money in the short run, but the quality of the media may be unusable. Also consider to not choose someone charging an amount way above the market rate for the same service.

Our price is competitive not just in the monetary value, but the service that we offer. We go over-and-above with our consultation to make sure we satisfy the clients goals and objectives. With us, you can feel comfortable and ensured that we do not just generate the media, but also factor inconsideration where the media is being distributed, the purpose and what they are expecting after the media has been developed.

We charge based on the nature of the project, the distance and the labour costs.   No matter the project, we charge according to what the client needs to generate the best cost possible for quality media.

We specialise in aerial photography. We have qualifications against other commercial brands as we can communicate with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority to fly in restricted airspace, and that we always conduct a safety check of locations before flying.  We also offer a range of other media services such as photography, videography, 360 images and video and graphic design.
