Dealing with different people everyday and working on a large variety of vehicles and equipment. I don't know what each week will bring!

How/why a particular part has broken. If it is just standard wear and tear or if it is something more sinister and how to avoid it next time.  I take the time (and only if the customer is interested) to show them and walk them through the problem, it's cause and it's remedy.

To provide the most accurate quotation please provide: - Vehicle make/ model - Year of manufacture - Engine type (petrol/ diesel) - Engine size - VIN + rego (if possible)

- Be open and honest regarding your problem. A lot of drivers try to cover up mistakes they have made to their own vehicles to hide from embarrassment, this only makes my job harder = takes me longer to do my job = costs you more $$.  - Provide me with as much information as possible! - Call me!

What makes your pricing competitive?

My pricing is, on average, $20 lower per hour than any other mechanic. This is because I have endeavour to keep my business overheads low. So I don't have to move the costs onto my customers!

How do you normally charge for your service?

General servicing, diagnostics + pre-purchase inspections all have a set price. For anything else, I have an hourly rate of $90 incl. GST.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

All servicing and general mechanical repairs + diagnostics.  I also have the latest Snap-on diagnostic equipment, to find those more difficult issues when they arise.

My entire mechanical career has been based around the "all makes and models" area of the industry, making me incredibly experienced and versatile, ready to tackle any problem.
