 - Headache Clinic: using the Watson Headache Approach integrated with modern pain science. We have one of two Watson Headache Certified Practitioners in Adelaide. We have people come to the clinic from all over the state for treatment - The McKenzie Method: this well-researched approach is a logical assessment system that uses real time changes and improvements to help work out what type of problem it is, and the best approach. One of the strong premises is showing the patient the things they can do to treat themselves rather than be fully dependent on therapists - Persistent pain: knowledge and passion for pain biology and novel approaches to persistent (chronic) pain - Physio Group Treatment: we use the goals of each participant to create an individualised program that can be a blend of Pilates principles and Pilates-informed exercise with strengthening, balance and flexibility - whatever the individual needs.  - GLA:D Program for Knee and Hip Osteoarthritis: we have invested a lot of time and effort into making our GLA:D program the best and most comprehensive in Adelaide, ensuring the best possible results We also offer Remedial Massage Therapy from our very experienced remedial massage therapist. : we each do external courses throughout the year. Plus we have two sessions of one hour of continuing education each week for all our therapists – two hours each week to improve the outcomes for our customers and clients. You should feel really welcome to give feedback
