  I carried out a full renovation of my flat and engaged Complete Property Maintenance for the plastering, painting, skirting boards and architraves works. Adam attended and provided a quote. I found him knowledgeable and personable. The work was performed to a good standard so no complaints there. I was disappointed to end up with quite a few paint and plaster marks on my brand new floorboards which was mainly concentrated in one of the bedrooms. However, they were prepared to come back eventually and rectify things so overall I was happy with the outcome.

  I hired Chris from COPROMA to do a variety of works in my kitchen and dining area in preparation for a new kitchen installation. Chris and his assistant, Monique, have been very good to deal with. Communication has been outstanding, and so has their speed of service. The quote was competitive and nothing seems to be too much trouble. While works have not yet started, works include: gutting existing kitchen, bricking up existing disused back door, installation of new window, removing double brick "bulkhead" type wall that currently splits the two areas, new ceilings, painting, electrical work, and prepping and standing Baltic pine floors underneath current lino. I have nothing but confidence in Chris, Monique and COPROMA's ability in my dealings with them to date. I am looking forward to works commencing and seeing the finished product!

  The internal house painting job (comprising patching and painting walls, ceilings, doors, skirtings and architraves of four rooms, a hallway and the walls of a laundry) was started and completed satisfactorily and on time (some additional, unasked for paint work was included too) and the contractor cleaned up well following completion. The price paid included GST and materials (some of which were varied from specification being "on special").
